I reviewed this for MM Good Book Reviews:I have always loved stories that have such wonderful characters such as Gage and Cody. I wanted to cry for Cody, for the pain that he had went through as a child and the mental pain when he was an adult. To be raped is horrible as it is but to be a child is the worst. He thought he didn't deserve to be loved and he was wrong he was the one that should have been loved all along.
Gage was a physical therapist who only did his job and loved his patients. When the worst happened the medicine he gave had been tainted with a poison that kills pretty fast. With tears in his eyes, he is met by a FBI Agent. FBI Agent Cody saw a very sexy man with a good heart. He knew that Gage was being framed now all he had to do was prove it.
When they come together the angels scream with praise. These two men need each other desperately and you would cheer them on. Cody knew someone was after Gage to keep him quiet, and he knew that the suspects were mafia. What he didn't know was what part another agent had to do with this case, but he knew it wasn't good.
There is a lot of danger in this story, dangers coming at them from all the angles. But there is a lot of love between these two very hot and sexy men. This story made me cry at times and smile at others. It was told with the perfect tone that all of Patricia's stories have. She has an amazing gift and I for one am glad she uses it. What I wouldn't pay to have her imagination.
I would recommend this story to anyone who love hot and sexy men, FBI Agents, physical therapist, mafia, dangers of all kinds, wonderful plots and majorly hot sex scenes. I am glad to have this in my favorite list.

Jeez - this isn't CSI Lasha, take a chill pill.
The second book by Ms Logan is a solid follow in the "Nights" series.
Gage is a handsome physical therapist, who has an abusive boyfriend. Cody is an FBI agent with a horrific past, who is afraid to fall in love, and believes himself to broken to love and be loved.
As a series of unfortunate deaths occur, the two are thrown together and the heat is immediate.
The bad guy is fairly obvious, but as is often the case, the fun is in the chase, not the minute details.
The sex is believable and steamy, and the novel has great pace.
Ms. Logan has shown growth in her works, and this one deserves a read.
I read the first book in the Series " Leather Nights" and with a few niggling problems genuinely liked it. So I quickly bought the second. Big mistake. The book features Physical therapist Gage and FBI Special agent Cody. The two meet when a patient of Gage's is poisoned and Cody is assigned to investigate. After their initial meeting the chemistry and sex is red hot.
Unfortunately the logic, plot progression, and general intelligence of the men sink fast. I read all types of novels from fantasy to historical and am willing to suspend belief as much as the next reader. But the mental gynastics to find Cody a believable FBI agent was beyond my grasp. He fails to follow basic protocol and had to be resuced by local law enforcement because he couldn't spot a tail or use a safe house other than the one the bad guy shared with Gabe.

First of all Gabe is a logical suspect and willingly admits he gave the victim the cream that killed them. FBI agent Cody doesn't question him about the "cream" or demand a sample. He just has a feeling that Gabe is innocent, therefore having sex with him is just fine and telling him all about the investigation is standard in his book. Then Gabe calls his patients and tells them to discard the "cream". No mention is made of testing the substance or tracking where it came from. Sloppy writing and unbelievable from any FBI agent who is honest.
Then the idea that a high ranking FBI Supervisor could have family and romantic ties to major Mexican Drug Cartels in the day of computers and cameras everywhere, without anyone knowing about it; is beyond silly. At that point I just wanted the book to end. The explanations of why the cream was laced with a nerve toxin was unbelievable and the whole reason the cartel thought to hook up with a physical therapist made no sense.
The only rational character in the entire novel was the local law guy, Tyler. He kept warning Cody that he couldn't investigate whatever he wanted and get involved with the main suspect, but he was treated like a party pooper by Cody. Cody didn't use real facts, he thought with his crotch and it was very annoying. There were numerous times where the main characters had a chance to collect real evidence, but instead had sex while traling the bad guys and thinking, "We'll get the evidence tomorrow." Cody, the FBI agent, is tracked all over town by the bad guys and never has a clue.....probably because he's busy pushing Gabe's head into his lap while driving.
I thought a previous reviewer was being harsh, then I read the book. They were actually being very generous in their review. The chemistry was there for the main characters, but the bad writing and unbelievable leaps in logic made this a very bad book.
Gage is in a bad relationship, having been beaten by his lover, Antonio who is in the drug business, and also gave Gage tropical cream ointments to his patients. Gage finds his self with one dead patient, and being investigated by the FBI. In comes Cody, who has been abused as a child. A good book. A great WHO DONE IT.
Another fantastic story til of romance, drama, intrigue and sexy men! I absolutely recommend this book for anyone loves intense story!
Undercover nights was a very exciting book. Gage a physical therapist is having a really bad week. First he catches his boyfriend cheating, then a patient of his dyes from a mysterious neurotoxin. If that isn't enough said ex hits him. Cody is the FBI agent assigned to the case, when he meets Gage all professionalism goes out the door, it's lust first sight. The two begin an affair while trying to discover who is making the neurotoxin, and who is framing Gage. The characters in the book are awesome, the plot fast paced with its of action.
